Meeting of the Family Audit Districts - Trento (Italy), 21 November 2019

The Family Audit Districts promoted by the Autonomous Province of Trento, aims at promoting the diffusion of Work-Life Balance initiatives within companies and organizations. Organizations part of the Family Districts offer their employees solutions to improve their work-life balance and wellbeing. In that meeting, the different experiences of the Districts that have been activated in Trentino were shared, and best practices discussed. FBK presented the initiatives promoted during 2018-2019. Families Share was presented as a best practice for organizations that want to know their employees’ needs and co-design appropriate solutions for them and with them. Slides about the project were also presented. Networking during the second phase of the meeting provided contacts of organizations interested in deepening the opportunities offered by Families_Share. More than 100 participants from the Scientific community, Industry, Civil Society, General Public, Policy Makers, and Media organisations.
