Type of event: EmmeBo srl won the GED (Gender Equality and Diversity Label) prize at Responsible Innovators Award of Emilia Romagna region, thanks to their participation, in the Families Share research project, for the values ​​promoted by the project such as the sharing of good social practices aimed at improving the community through digital tools and bottom-up solutions.

Description: The Emilia-Romagna region intended to stimulate an integrated vision of sustainability, enhancing the initiatives promoted in the regional territory by companies, professionals, associations, local authorities, schools, and universities, which contribute to the implementation of the 17 objectives of the 2030 Agenda for sustainable development. Over half of the projects presented by companies promoted actions for suitable employment and growth. In this edition, the focus was on investments for innovation and sustainability of production and consumption systems, use of natural resources, and climate change increase (about 40% of the projects presented). In the 2019 edition, the GED prize – Gender Equality and Diversity Label – was also growing, designed to enhance the best practices implemented by companies in positive actions for equal opportunities. Based on the approved ranking, 8 winning projects were awarded, and 14 special mentions were given to initiatives that stood out for their originality and consistency with the objectives of Agenda 2030.
